前回は青森から東京まで夜行バスの「パンダ号」を使って移動しました。
都内はずっと雨であまり観光もできなかったので、その時宿泊した「スーパーホテルJR上野入谷口」について紹介します。
この日は土曜日の宿泊・2名1室で税込15,600円でした。全国旅行支援の影響によって全国的にホテル代が高騰し、アパホテルなども2万円近い価格になっていました。
全国旅行支援のクーポンは売り切れが続出しているため、今回は全国旅行支援なしの価格です。5月8日からは接種証明なども不要になるので、ますます取りづらくなると予想されます。

スーパーホテルJR上野入谷口のアクセス
スーパーホテルJR上野入谷口は、JR上野駅の入谷口より徒歩約5分の場所にあるビジネスホテル。上野動物園や美術館も近く、周囲はコンビニや繁華街も充実しています。
京成電鉄スカイライナーで成田空港まで最速46分で行けるので、早朝からLCCなどを利用する場合にも便利です。ホテルに駐車場はないので、車で来る場合は周辺のコインパーキングを利用します。
この日は雨が降っていたので、チェックイン前にビニール傘を借りました。チェックイン前にも荷物を預かってくれるので、重たい荷物を持たずに観光が楽しめます。
スーパーホテルJR上野入谷口のレビュー
まずはホテルのフロントでチェックインを済ませます。外国人の団体がいてロビーが混んでいたので写真が撮影できず…。
チェックインは15時～24時まで、チェックアウトは翌朝10時です。
スーパーホテルの客室は暗証番号式になっています。鍵をなくす心配がない反面、番号を忘れないように注意。
禁煙のスタンダードルームを予約
今回は一番安い禁煙のスタンダードルームを予約しました。お部屋の広さは13平米とコンパクトですが、150cmのワイドベッドで快適に眠れました。
奥には横長のデスクがあり、テレビや小型冷蔵庫、ゴミ箱、金庫などが備わっています。
Wi-Fiの速度はあまり速くなく、全部の照明を付けても部屋が暗く感じたので、リモートワークなどにはあまり向いていないかも。
トイレやお風呂は3点ユニットバス。ビジネスホテルの中では浴槽もそこそこ広く、入浴剤のサービスなどもあって良かったです。
欲を言えば大浴場付きだと嬉しいですが、上野周辺だと厳しいのでしょうか。
アメニティと選べる枕
アメニティは1階のロビーから自分で持ってくる形式。歯ブラシ、くし、ひげそり、綿棒、お茶の粉が設置されています。
アメニティの上には選べる枕、館内着がありました。枕は好みの硬さや高さから選べます。この日はほとんど在庫がなかったです。
2階にコインランドリーあり
2階にはコインランドリーもあり、洗濯機は200円/1回、乾燥機は100円/20分で利用できます。洗剤や柔軟剤は無料でサービスになっています。
18時～21時まで夜泣き茶漬けが無料で食べられる
ホテルの宿泊者限定で、18時～21時まで夜泣き茶漬けが無料で食べられます。スタッフにレシートを提示し、セルフサービスで利用できます。
宿泊者には外国人の方も多くいましたが、文化の違いなのか利用する方はほぼ日本人のみでした。
ご飯も人数分に合わせて大量に炊かれていたので、このままだと確実に余る量だと思います。
卓上には明太子や海苔、梅干しや漬物などが置かれ、自分で好きな量のご飯をお茶碗によそって、出汁をかけていただくスタイル。
お米は石川県産の農薬を半分に抑えた「特別栽培米」が使われているらしいです。
ご飯や出汁がなくなり次第終了のため、少し早めの夕ごはんとしていただきました。
お一人様2杯までの制限はあるものの、ご飯なので思ったよりお腹に溜まりました。
朝食のラインナップは他のスーパーホテルより少なめ
朝食は1階のロビー横にあります。他のスーパーホテルと比べて席数が少なく、時間帯によっては混み合っていました。客室にテイクアウトも可能とのことでした。
山盛りのオーガニック野菜に、保存料・化学調味料無添加の5種類のオリジナルドレッシング。その横にはポテトサラダもありました。
スーパーホテルご自慢の出来立てパンに、ジャムやマーガリンを付けていただきます。納豆や生卵もありました。
パンはアラジンのトースターで温めます。温めるとより香ばしい香りが広がります。
朝食に定番のオムレツやベーコン、魚のフライやカレーもありました。
スープ類は、コーンスープ、ビーフコンソメ、クラムチャウダー、味噌汁が選べます。その下には昨晩食べたお茶漬けの薬味たちが置かれています。
ジュースやお茶、コーヒーや牛乳などドリンクバーの種類は豊富です。
盛り付けた様子がこちら。全体的に茶色が多めのラインナップでしたが、野菜を先に摂取すればノーダメージという理論で生きてきます。
お味の方は普通でした。無料でサービスしてくれるものと考えたら十分満足できますが、別料金が掛かるなら外で食べてくるかな～という感じです。
他のスーパーホテルだとラインナップが豊富でしたが、上野入谷口はスペースが狭いせいかラインナップが少ないです。あと数種類でもおかずになるメニューがあると嬉しいです。

上野駅からアクセスの良いビジネスホテル「スーパーホテルJR上野入谷口」を紹介しました。
東京観光の拠点として利用したり、新幹線や成田空港を利用する前泊に便利な立地です。
18時から無料で食べられる朝食や夜泣き茶漬けがあり、食費を節約して旅行を楽しめました。ホテルの設備はやや古く感じますが、充実したサービスで満足度は高いです。
