今月は東京出張に2週間行っていましたが、寒い日の夜はそばやラーメンばかり食べていました。そんなとき見つけた「麺 TOKITA（ときた）」は宿泊していたホテルから近く濃厚なスープが美味しいと評判のお店でした。

半蔵門駅の目の前にある「麺 TOKITA（ときた）」に行ってきた
麺 TOKITA（ときた）は、半蔵門駅3a出口を左に出てすぐのところにあります。
メインはつけ麺らしいですが、ここではあえてラーメンのほうを注文してみます。

階段を降りると時田の「泡つけ麺」へのこだわりが書かれています。
店内は厨房を囲むカウンター7席、目隠しのあるテーブル4席、4人で座れるテーブル席があります。（画像は食べログから引用）
ラーメン屋にしては綺麗な店内で女性1人でも来やすい雰囲気。
入り口のところにある食券でメニューを選び、店員さんに渡します。
つけ麺と中華そばは湯で時間の都合上、提供する順番が前後する可能性があるらしいです。
エビと味噌のWパンチが最高な海老味噌ラーメン
注文して数分で着丼。見るからに濃厚なスープからエビの香りがぷんぷん香ってきます。ビジュアルも美しく大きなチャーシューが目立ちます。
スープをすすってみると、エビのパンチとコクのある味噌風味がダブルで鼻孔を刺激して食欲が増進されます。
麺を持ち上げると細縮れ麺で、もちもちとした食感が濃厚なスープに絡みまくって最高です。ドロッとしたスープはなかなか冷めにくいので猫舌の人は注意。
上に乗った具材は大きなチャーシュー、メンマにネギ、糸唐辛子とシンプルですが、具材が大きく食べごたえがあるので十分です。
スープに沈めながら食べると口の中いっぱいに幸せが訪れます。
体に悪いとわかっていながらスープまで完飲。最後まで美味しくいただきました。次に訪れたときはメインの「特製海老泡つけ麺」を食べてみたいです。
