沖縄県那覇市の国際通り沿いにあるアジアンテイストのゲストハウス「ロハスヴィラ」に宿泊してみたので、写真を交えて施設の情報を簡単にご紹介します。
結論から話すと、価格を考えたらそこそこ悪くない環境でした。お風呂場や水回りが年季入っているので、清潔感を求める人は他を当たった方が良いかもしれません。
ロハスヴィラとは
ロハスヴィラは、那覇国際通りまで徒歩10秒の場所にある個室があるゲストハウス。近隣のカプセルホテルやドミトリーと比べても、料金が安くてアジアンテイストな施設が特徴です。
沖縄ローカルチェーンの牛丼屋さんの「どん亭」が目印。
横にあるエレベーターや階段を使って3階のフロントでチェックインをします。ちなみに、今回は誕生日記念で1円プランを使って宿泊しました。
入り口横にはコインロッカーがありました。
ロハスヴィラの内装・設備
入口に入る前から既に大量の植物が飾られています。
入口横の自販機でさんぴん茶やビールが売られています。
フロントの内装
チェックイン時間は14～21時、チェックアウトは翌朝11時です。スタッフが不在の場合、自分で鍵を取ってチェックインするシステムらしいです。チェックアウトも指定した場所に鍵を返却するだけ。
もしチェックイン時刻を過ぎそうな場合、電話（098-867-7757）でお問い合わせ下さいとのことです。
フロント横にはペッパーくんもいました。
フロント横に細長いドアがたくさん並んでいます。夜暗くなるとイルミネーションが点灯します。
いたる所に植物が飾られています。
フロントでりっかりっか湯の入浴券が割引価格で購入できると聞いていたのですが、残念ながら売り切れとのことでした。
個室の内装・設備
今回は「J」の部屋に案内されました。
部屋の広さはマットレス+足場という感じ。カプセルホテルと違って縦の空間があるので、寝るだけと割り切れるなら十分の広さです。
ただし、入り口のドアが肩幅ギリギリだったので、体格のいい方だと少々窮屈に感じるかもしれません。
入り口には注意書き。
館内案内には施設の設備やアメニティの料金などが記載されています。
ドアの横にはハンガーが1つ。
枕元にコンセントが1口。
上には電球とスイッチがあります。
ベッドの横には小さめの鏡と窓が付いています。
ベッド横に広めの収納があるので小さめのスーツケースなども入りそうです。
館内のWi-Fi速度はこのくらい。YouTubeの動画視聴などであれば問題なく行えました。
館内の設備
各階には宿泊者が自由に使える電子レンジやトースター、冷蔵庫が置いています。冷蔵庫を使うときは部屋番号と名前を記入してください。
電子ケトルとドライヤーはフロント（21時以降は3階バルコニー）で借ります。数に限りがあるので使用後は返却してください。
コインランドリーは4～6階に置いています。24時間利用可能で300円。
外にある喫煙所にも洗面台が設置されています。
外からはドン・キホーテが目の前。
お手洗い・シャワールーム
お手洗いやシャワーも3階～6階にそれぞれ設置されています。水回りまで緑で装飾されているこだわり具合。
館内の水回りにはアルコールが置かれていました。
お手洗いはウォシュレット付き。きちんと清掃されているようでした。
シャワー室は公衆プールのような老朽化を感じる内装です。
シャンプー・ボディーソープは備え付けてあります。
まとめ：価格相応の好立地な格安ドミトリー
ロハスヴィラは、楽天トラベルで「価格を安い順」にして検索すると真っ先に出てくるので以前から気になっていました。このロハスヴィラ以外にも姉妹店のステラリゾートや、南風というゲストハウスがあります。
価格を考えるとまぁこんなもんかなという感じ。シャワーを浴びて寝るだけなら、個室が使えて荷物のスペースも十分確保されているのでそこそこ快適に過ごせるでしょう。
お手洗いやシャワーに清潔感を求める方、もっと広い部屋でくつろげる場所がいい方は別の宿を選択したほうが良さそうです。
