大阪旅行に行くときは、宿代を節約するためにドミトリーを利用することが多いです。
宿泊予約サイトで料金を安い順にして見ていたところ、個室で大浴場もあるホテルが1泊1円のプランが出ていました。
よくある70歳以上のバースデープランではなく、SNSのフォロワーが1,000人以上向けの特別プランです。
それが今回紹介する「ビジネスホテルみかど」です。大阪の西成のドヤの中では比較的清潔感があり、大浴場も付いたコスパに優れた宿です。

ビジネスホテルみかどのアクセス
ビジネスホテルみかどは、JR新今宮駅・大阪メトロ動物園前駅から徒歩3分。駅から比較的近い場所にあるため、まだ治安はそこまで悪くない場所だと思います。
通常料金は旧館が1泊2,200円、新館は2,980円から。西成エリアの中では高級の宿ですが、あまり安い場所だと清潔感のある場所が少ない問題もあります。
「ビジネスホテルみかど」の特徴
14時からチェックイン可能
ホテルのチェックインは14時～22時50分まで受け付けており、間に合わない場合は事前連絡が必要です。
チェックイン時刻を過ぎると正面のドアが施錠されるため、左にある暗証番号式のドアから入ってください。
チェックアウトは11時まで。筆者が宿泊した2022年10月までは13時まで滞在できていました。
タオルや歯ブラシなどアメニティが無料提供
バスタオルやフェイスタオル、紙スリッパ、歯ブラシ、ナイトガウン（浴衣）、化粧水、洗顔料、乳液もすべて無料提供しています。
これらのアメニティ類は、カプセルホテルやゲストハウスでは有料になる事が多く、無料で使えるのは嬉しい配慮です。
棚に置いてあるのは連泊者向けで、1泊分は部屋に設置されていました。
館内に大浴場とコインランドリーあり
大浴場は男女時間交代制になっています。

- 男性：16時～21時50分、翌朝6時～8時
女性：22時～0時30分、翌朝8時10分～10時
大浴場はサウナもありましたが、水風呂でととのうことはできません。
奥にはコインランドリーがあり、洗濯機（20分200円）と乾燥機（30分100円）が利用できます。洗剤はフロントで50円で販売しています。
キッチンで自炊も可能
旧館のキッチンには電子レンジやバルミューダのトースター、冷蔵庫、食器などがあります。
朝の7時30分～12時まではモーニングコーヒーの提供が行われています。
新館の共同スペース
旧館と新館は自動ドアを挟んでおり、旧館から新館を通って移動します。旧館を予約した人は新館に入ることができません。
新館の共同スペースは、旧館よりも清潔感のある設備でした。これなら西成初心者でも安心して利用できそうです。下手なゲストハウスとかよりも全然綺麗ですね。
部屋にはバスとトイレはなく共同設備を使用します。トイレは全てウォシュレット完備。
洗面台やお手洗いも綺麗に清掃されており、過去に泊まったことのある西成の宿とは雲泥の差です。西成でも清潔感を重視したい人は嬉しい配慮です。
大浴場の営業時間外の場合、24時間使えるシャワーを利用します。旧館は1階に3室、新館は各フロアに1室あるようです。
こちらも綺麗に清掃されており、シャンプーやボディーソープも用意されていました。新館シャワールームには椿のシャンプー・トリートメントを採用しています。
旧館にはこのような注意書きがありました。きっと無いと信じていますが、こういうことがある可能性があることは頭に入れておきましょう…。
2段ベッド下段のみある「シングルDX」に宿泊
今回宿泊するのはシングルDXという最上位の部屋。部屋の全体図しか写真撮ってないので文章で説明します。
ベッドは2段ベッドの下段のみ残されたもの。マットレスは20cmの高反発を採用していますが、横幅は布団よりも若干狭くなっています。枕元はライト、コンセントとUSBポートがあり、寝ながらスマホを使う人にも便利です。
客室にはテーブルと椅子、小型のテレビと冷蔵庫、タオル、ティッシュなどが設置されています。テーブルの上にコンセントがないので、テレビに繋がっている延長タップを上に持ってきて使用しました。
椅子は背もたれのない簡易的なタイプで、謎のピザ柄のクッションが敷かれています。
エアコンも各部屋に設置されているので、好みの温度に調整できるのは便利。ドアの横にハンガーもあってアウターなどを掛けておけます。
一応個室にはなっていますが、廊下を歩く音はしっかり聞こえてくるので防音性には期待できません。
この日は特に騒がしいことはなかったですが、宿泊者同士で静かにする協力が必要な場所です。神経質な方は耳栓などで対策しましょう。

大阪の新今宮駅近くにある「ビジネスホテルみかど」をご紹介しました。
西成地区の中では高級なだけあり、新館は共有スペースとお部屋どちらも綺麗な印象でした。
料金が通常でも2千円台と安いので、防音性にはあまり期待できません。それでもこの価格で綺麗な個室が利用できるだけでも十分価値があると思います。
