2018年12月に大阪旅行で使用したゲストハウス「サンヴィレッジ鶴橋」をご紹介します。JR・近鉄・地下鉄鶴橋駅（西口）から徒歩2分と高立地の場所にあるドミトリーです。
私が予約した時は土曜日で1泊1,850円と比較的安く、あまり期待していなかっただけに予想以上に綺麗で快適でした。鶴橋周辺で格安宿を探している人にはオススメです。

JR鶴橋駅から徒歩2分の駅チカゲストハウス「サンヴィレッジ鶴橋」
ファミリーマート横にある入り口からゲストハウスに入ります。
同じ建物の1Fにはコンビニ、2軒隣のビルには「白鶴温泉」という昔ながらの銭湯、近くにはドラッグストアがあり、駅前には韓国料理店がずらりと立ち並んでいます。
1階には大きな靴箱があり、中にあるスリッパに履き替えてから2階のフロントへ。
エレベーターがないので大きな荷物があるときは大変かもしれません。
2階のフロントでチェックイン。
フロントのお姉さんは受け答えもはっきりとしていて好印象でした。
利用客は外国人の方が多く、多言語に対応した案内が出来るスタッフが常駐しているようです。
フロント横にはラウンジとキッチンを完備。私が宿泊した日はあまり利用者は多くなかったです。落ち着いた雰囲気でのんびり過ごすには良さそうなスペースでした。
広さは十分なスペースが確保されていますが、背もたれのない椅子が多いため長時間座るには向いていません。また、テーブルも少ないのでPC作業なども難しいと思いました。
キッチンスペースには電子レンジや冷蔵庫、電子ケトルなどが設置されています。
食器や調味料は自由に使って良いそうです。
キッチンの壁には世界各国からのゲストによるメッセージが書かれています。日本人よりも中国や韓国などのアジア圏や、アメリカ人のゲストのほうが多い印象です。
広さに余裕のあるベッドルームは快適に寝られる
ベッドルームはチェックイン時に渡された鍵を使って入ります。
荷物置き場やロッカーなどがないので、廊下に荷物が無造作に置かれているのが気になりました。
割り当てられたのは下段の奥のベッド。
2段ベッドでも壁が厚めで遮光カーテンもきっちり閉まります。これが出来ていないゲストハウスも多々経験してきたので、しっかりとした造りのベッドがあるだけで好印象です。
ベッドメイキングは自分で行うタイプ。
広さに余裕があるので多少面倒くさくてもやり辛さは無かったです。
チェックアウト時にシーツを取ってかごに入れるほうが面倒でした。値段が安いのでそれくらいは我慢します。
ドミトリーでは珍しくバスタオルとハンドタオルが無料で付いてきました。多くの場合は300円～400円で有料レンタルのため、セットで付いてくると有り難いです。
口コミでは連泊でも追加はなし（有料で購入）と書かれていました。
ベッドには厚みのあるマットレスを使用しているので寝心地も良かったです。寝返りを打ってもギシギシ軋むことがないので快適に眠れました。
足元には電源とライトのスイッチ、ハンガーが付いています。
コンセントのすぐ下にちょっとした物置きスペースが確保されているので、携帯電話など小物を置いておけます。
身長168cmの成人男性が足を伸ばすとこれくらいの広さ。
リュックなどを置いていると高さが狭く感じますが、横幅はある程度ゆったりしています。マットレスの横にも少しスペースが空いているので、横に服を掛けても垂れ下がらずに干せました。
お手洗いやシャワールームも清潔
シャワールームは全部で4部屋あります。
24時間いつでも利用できるので、飲み会後にシャワー浴びて眠りたい私としては非常に助かります。この日は1部屋が清掃中でしたが、混雑する様子もなく比較的空いていました。
シャワールームにはシャンプーやコンディショナー、ボディーソープが備え付けられています。
髪の毛や汚れもなく綺麗に清掃されている様子でした。
中央のボタンを押すと数十秒出るようなタイプ。何度も推し続けないと止まってしまうので少々面倒でした。
水圧はまずまずで特に気にならなかったです。シャワールームと脱衣所が少し狭いので、大柄な人だと肘とかをぶつけそうになると思います。
洗面所やお手洗いも数に余裕があるので待たされることがありません。清掃もしっかり行われていて気持ちよく使えました。
ランドリールームでは洗濯乾燥機が4台設置されています。
カプセルホテル ヴァリエ恵美須町にあった物と同じく洗濯から乾燥まで一気に行ってくれるタイプです。
まとめ
こんな感じでサンヴィレッジ鶴橋をご紹介しました。
ホテルに帰ってシャワー浴びて寝るだけのために利用しましたが、安さ重視で選んだ割には快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ネットカフェとかに泊まるよりも疲れが溜まらず快適に眠れます。
内装もお洒落かつ清潔で、女性一人旅で利用している方も見受けられました。男女共用ルーム以外にも女性専用ルームもあるので安心です。
コリアンタウンで有名な鶴橋駅も近く、周辺には飲食店やコンビニ、ドラッグストアなど買い物や食事には困りません。有名な観光地へのアクセスも良く、観光の拠点として利用するには便利な立地です。
一人旅でホテル代を節約したい方、鶴橋駅周辺で食べ歩きをしたい方には最適なゲストハウスです。
