2020年11月に新しくオープンした「サクラクロスホテル新宿東アネックス」に1泊しました。デラックス ツインルームの宿泊者は2名1室で税込6,500円でした。新宿で土曜日にしては安い方かなと思います。
部屋には畳部屋や間接照明などがあり、和モダンで落ち着いた雰囲気が気に入りました。一般的なビジネスホテルと比べて部屋が広く、友人やカップル、家族で過ごすのにおすすめホテルです。

サクラクロスホテル新宿東アネックスは、東京メトロ 都営大江戸線「東新宿駅」から徒歩8分の場所にあります。新宿や新大久保まで徒歩圏内です。
ホテル周辺にはコンビニや100円ローソン、マルエツ、まいばすけっとなどがあり、買い物にも便利な場所でした。
中に入るとプロジェクターで館内のプロモーションビデオが流れています。
チェックイン・チェックアウトはフロントのタブレットで行います。チェックインは16時から対応しており、チェックアウトは翌朝11時です。
フロントは基本無人なので、何かあれば連絡先に電話を掛ける必要があります。
ホテルの予約完了後にチェックイン方法がメールで送られてきて、事前に宿泊者情報を入力するとスムーズにチェックインが済ませられます。
メールに届いた予約情報を入力すると、顔写真の登録を求められます。2名予約だったら2名分の登録が必要なので、先にホテルに着いてもチェックインできないのでご注意下さい。
随所こだわりを感じる綺麗なお部屋
公式サイトの間取りを引用して説明すると、玄関から入ってすぐにお手洗いやシャワールームがあり、奥に進むとダブルベッド1台と畳部屋があります。
お部屋の広さは20.9㎡とのことで、同価格帯のビジネスホテルと比べると広々としています。
玄関で靴を脱ぎ、衣類は横の壁にあるハンガーで掛ける形式。
入り口の横にある棚に電気ケトルと冷蔵庫。電子レンジはありません。
寝心地のいいダブルベッド
天井や壁はコンクリートで囲まれており、ベッドフレームなどは木目調の客室になっています。壁がコンクリートになっているので、冬場は触れるとひんやり冷たく感じると思います。
ベッドはふかふかのマットレスと枕が使われていて非常に寝心地がよく、アメニティのバスタオルも「今治タオル」で超フワッフワでした。
枕元にコンセントやライトのスイッチがあるのも便利です。丁度いい場所に電源があるので、延長タップ要らずでした。
ベッド下にスーツケースを入れるスペースもあり、宿泊者のことをよく考えられて作られている印象です。
小上がりの和室でのんびり寛げる
和室は小上がりになっていて、子供だと上がるのに苦労しそうな高さでした。奥のはしごは体重を掛けると少しグラグラするのが気になります。
壁面に大型テレビを備えています。和室とベッドのどちらからでも見やすい位置です。
上の和室にはちゃぶ台とクッション、USBポート付きのコンセントなどが備わっています。足を伸ばして畳でゴロゴロするには十分の広さがあります。
出張やテレワークでホテルを利用するのに向いた環境ではなく、休日にゆっくり寛ぐスペースがあるのでプライベート向きだと思います。
シャワールームやお手洗いもピッカピカ
トイレは脱衣場と兼用。ウォシュレット付きで綺麗に清掃されています。
お風呂場はシャワーのみ。狭いバスタブがあるよりも、シャワールームのほうが個人的には好みです。シャンプーやリンス、ボディーソープは備え付けがあります。
シャワーの扉がスケルトンなので、外からまる見えになります。シャワー中にお手洗いに入るときは要注意です。

「サクラクロスホテル新宿東アネックス」をレビューしました。コロナの影響なのか周辺のホテルよりも安くて広い空間で泊まることができました。
地下鉄の駅から若干歩くことや、フロントスタッフ不在なので何かあったときに不安なことを除けば、十分満足のいくコスパのいいホテルです。
