那覇市小禄にあるビジネスホテル「HOTEL OROX（ホテルオロックス）」に宿泊しました。
ゆいレール「奥武山公園駅」から徒歩7～8分とやや歩く立地ですが、近くにスーパーやドラックストアなどがあって沖縄観光の拠点や空港アクセスにも便利な場所です。

ホテル外観・ロビー
ホテル外観は白と赤のグラデーションで遠くからも目立ちます。ホテル入口横には駐車場があり、1泊1台につき700円で利用可能です。満車の場合は周囲のコインパーキングを利用してください。
まずはフロントでチェックインを済ませます。チェックインの受付時間は15時から、チェックアウトは11時までです。
今回は那覇とま～るクーポンを利用していたので、通常価格から5,000円引きの1,000円で泊まれました。これにステーキ88のお食事券、観光体験クーポン3,000円分が付いてきます。

那覇とま～るクーポンで予約したことを伝え、身分証明書のコピーを取ってもらいました。ここでステーキ88のお食事券と観光体験クーポンを受け取ります。
歯ブラシ以外のアメニティはフロント横から自分で取る形式でした。お茶パック、ボディタオル、ヘアブラシ、カミソリ、めんぼうがあります。
1階のロビーは想像以上に広く、団体客が来ても余裕で入りそうなスペースがあります。
左手にはテーブル付きの休憩スペース。
電子レンジや自動販売機があり、隣のスーパーで買ってきたお弁当を食べられます。
ホテル左手には昭和レトロな置物や卓球台があります。
シングルルームに宿泊
今回宿泊するお部屋は4階のシングルルーム。4階～6階まではランドリールームがあり、最上階は朝食会場と大広間、喫煙所があります。
部屋の鍵はカードキーではなく、一般的な物理キーでした。外出時はフロントに預けることもできます。
シングルルームの広さは20m²と一人で過ごすには十分。床にスーツケースを広げる余裕があります。
ベッドの横にUSBポート2つ、コンセントプラグが1つあります。天井の照明や冷房もここから操作するようです。
ベッドの逆側にはテレビが壁掛けされています。なぜか斜めに傾いているのが気になります…。
シングルベッド（110×198cm）の横には足を伸ばして座れるソファーもあります。窓の外を見ながらぼーっと過ごしていました。
窓からの景色は住宅や道路のみ。高層階になるとまた景色が変わってくるかもしれません。
入り口側に鏡付きのテーブルがあり、テーブルの下にゴミ箱と小型冷蔵庫が備え付けられています。
冷蔵庫は飲み物以外にもお弁当などを入れる余裕があります。ホテルで晩酌を楽しみたい人にもいいかも。
椅子は背もたれがないタイプなので長時間のデスク作業には向いていません。
入り口の右手には大きなクローゼット。ハンガーも4本備え付けられており、コートなどをかけておけます。
消臭スプレーもありました。
お風呂場はビジネスホテルによくある3点ユニットバス。清掃もしっかりされている印象です。
洗面台とシャワーの蛇口が共通になっているタイプ。シャワーの水圧はまあまあ強め。浴槽はアパホテルほど狭い印象もありません。
トイレの上に資生堂のシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが備え付けられており、歯ブラシとプラスチックのコップも用意されています。
使用したタオルはエレベーター横の回収ボックスに入れます。
宿泊者は洗濯機が無料で使える
ランドリールームで洗濯機と洗剤を無料で利用できます。乾燥機は30分/100円です。長期で宿泊する人にとって無料で洗濯できるのは有り難いです。
畳に寝転がって休憩できるスペースも
最上階は畳が敷かれた大広間が用意されています。オープン時間は9時～22時までで、テレビやマッサージチェア、漫画、オセロ、囲碁などが用意されています。
筆者が訪れた18時ごろの利用者はゼロ。まだホテルにチェックインしている人も少なかった様子です。部屋にに籠もっておくよりダラダラできそうでいいのですが、一人で過ごすには寂しい空間でした。
窓からの景色は、目の前にあるアクロスプラザ小禄と道路。
立派なマッサージチェア、たくさんの漫画も宿泊者を楽しませようとする拝領があって嬉しいですね。
朝食会場は大広間の横にあります。当面の間はテイクアウトで朝食を提供しているらしく、朝になっても扉が閉まっていました。
今回は素泊まりだったので利用しなかったのですが、通常であれば沖縄料理を含む朝食バイキングを提供しているらしいです。
まとめ
チェックアウトはフロントにあるカゴに鍵を返すだけでOK。お世話になりました。
沖縄県那覇市小禄にあるビジネスホテル「HOTEL OROX（ホテルオロックス）」をご紹介しました。ホテル以外にもレンタルオフィスも行っており、オフィスや会議室、サロン開業なども利用もできます。
一般的なチェーンホテルよりも部屋の広さに余裕があり、ホテル横の駐車場が利用できるのはメリット。モノレール駅からやや歩きますが、空港アクセスもいいので朝早い便に乗る人にもおすすめです。
デメリットはWi-Fiの接続の弱さ（下り2～3Mbps前後しか出ない）こと。背もたれがないタイプの椅子のため、長時間のテレワークなどの利用には向きません。子どもが廊下を歩く音も聞こえるくらいなので防音性も悪いところは気になりました。
上記を許せるかどうかによって評価が分かれるホテルだと思います。日中はホテルに滞在せず、夜帰ってシャワー浴びて寝るだけという方には宿泊費含めて丁度いい場所です。
